Your satisfaction is our main priority. We will take all necessary measures to make sure you are satisfied with our services. Depending on the situation, it could be a credit for another training activity, a change of schedule or even a refund. Some training may require our experts to travel physically and/or direct preparation. It will then be necessary to discuss your situation with one of our advisers.

In the event of dissatisfaction on your part, you can at any time request a credit equivalent to the value of the training, a replacement or a refund of the value of the training which will be issued to you insofar as the learning of the training by you and/or your organization does not exceed 25% of its content or duration.
